Weight loss through Zentangle Part II

Dear Tanglers,

a few weeks ago I told you about a little experiment I started: Weight loss through Zentangle. Today I’d like to tell you a bit about my experiences so far.

As you can see from the photographs, I haven’t tangled quite as much as I had hoped. The problem seems to be that I usually want to eat when I’m busy doing something else – which makes it hard to go and tangle! And sometimes I just plain forget. Weight loss through Zentangle? An experiment

Dear Tanglers,

do you know the feeling when the scale tells you you’re all right but the mirror says otherwise? Just a few pounds too much?
I know diets are bad for you and tend to make you fat instead of skinny as well as obsessed with food (for a good book about the subject read Intuitive Eating).
